Characteristics：

Large, broad leaves up to 15cm long with various leaf colors of greens and yellow variegations

Cultivation：

The plant does well under temp. of 22-32℃. Soil mixes need to be well drained. Light levels usually range from 35000 to 50000 lux. And stronger sunlight will help to develop thick ,sturdy trunks, but too strong  like full sun will cause leaf dropping. When grown in shade, the plant leaves are larger and darker than sun-grown ones but tinner. And midday waterings may be needed to help reduce the soil temperature. Fertilizers of liquid feed like 20-10-20 is commonly used. Slow-releasing feed is needed frequently to meet the plant's requiremnt.
