We offer three different types of product which are Tissue culture plants/Rooted microcuttings, Plug or tray plants/Seedingls, and finished pot plants. Considered about inspection and air cost, we do export only for tissue culture and plug plants. Pot plants are mainly sold for our local markets.

Service Process
1. Inquiry
Foshan Youngplants is wholesale to the trade only. Email us Attach your plant list and include Plants Botanical Name+Quantity+Type(TC/plugs) Once we receive your inquiry, our sales team will get an estimate(availability & price) and email it back to you.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been confirmed by you and our sales team, the order details (varieties, quantities, estimate delivery date, shipping details, delivery addresses, import requirement) will be recorded to our order system.
3. Order Status Tracking
We always welcome you to message or email us to check on your order status.
Plant reports with photos will be sent via email one month and 2 weeks before shipping.
4. Documents
We provide Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin(CO), Invoice, Packing list, Air Way Bill(AWB) and they will be sent via email before shipping for customs clearance.
5. Payment Term
100% T/T Patment 7-14 days before shipping.

We provide services of flight-booking and domestic transportation from our company to the airport. However, your could also find your own agent or broker to arrange transportation.
8. After Sales
Taking digital photos of the damage, listing varieties with quantities and sent to us within a week are needed to protect your claim. Please be as specific as possible to report the damage to us. Credit will be only issued for plants.
Plants never thrive or die in 2 weeks under proper care and the environment can issue credit for plants. For tissue culture, transplant them into plug trays and move them into greenhouses with proper care. For Plugs, water them in the right way and keep them in the proper environment before transplanting or potting up.

Whether your plants were grown by us or by others, we would love to give professional help and solution for solving issues of cultivation, disease control, Environment setting, etc.
