For variegated varieties, what if there's no variegation when I receive them?        

For the most part, it won't happen because we pick and check all plants before packing. If it did happen, the claim is accepted(credit or make-up equal quantity).

What kind of certificate can you offer?        

We can issue Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and so on.

What's the box size?        

The standard carton box for packing tray plants is 56*36*56(cm). The standard foam box for packing tissue culture plants is 55*55*38(cm).

If plants have quality quality, how would you deal with?        

We accept claim for plants after delivering. Digital photos is required to protect your claim.

What transportation do you use?        

We send by air in order to show the best condition for fresh plants.
