For the most part, it won't happen because we pick and check all plants before packing. If it did happen, the claim is accepted(credit or make-up equal quantity).

How do you pack tissue culture plants?        

Tissue culture plants will be packed in aspetic bags or boxes based on plants' features.

how long does it take to delivery after placing order?        

In case we have enough stock, we need at least 2 weeks to prepare all documents and arrange transportation after order confirmation.

The standard carton box for packing tray plants is 56*36*56(cm). The standard foam box for packing tissue culture plants is 55*55*38(cm).
